 Physical Therapist

  • Full time
  • Current license in Iowa required 
  • Graduate of a PT school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required
  • On-the-job training provided 

Part-time CNA

  • Certificate of completion of at least a 75-hour CNA course and on Iowa Nurse Aide Registry required 
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter

PRN CNA

  • Certificate of completion of at least a 75-hour CNA course and on Iowa Nurse Aide Registry required 
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter

PRN RN

  • Registered nurse currently licensed by the State of Iowa. Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN license 
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire 
  • Current PALS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire 
  • Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter

Occupational Therapist

  • Full time
  • Current license in Iowa required
  • Doctorate or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • On-the-job training provided 

Radiology Tech

  • Part time, including on call and weekend rotation
  • ARRT and Iowa Permit To Practice required

Housekeeping/Environmental Services

  • Full time - second shift (3 - 11 p.m.)
  • High school or GED required 
  • Housekeeping experience in a commercial environment preferred 
  • On-the-job training provided  

MLT PRN

  • Meets requirements of CLIA 493.1423. One of the following credentials meets requirements in conjunction with the defined skills and knowledge requirements. The presented list of credentials does not include all possible means of meeting the requirements
  • An associate’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology.

Maintenance Technician

  • Full time
  • Technical school certification or general maintenance experience 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and provide a (MVR) pre-hire and annually 
  • Two years of mechanical experience required 
  • On-the-job training provided
